  2. 2. Any vendor who wishes to trade within the locations as identified shall apply for a Permit. ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎

 
Instructions

All traders operating at undeveloped areas are requested to approach Council with the identification of suitable sites. It is a requirement that such sites, once identified, are provided with ablution facilities and running water before traders can be issued with temporary permits to operate from such sites.
