The incubatees are assisted to successfully navigate their business through the critical challenges that every entrepreneur must face such as scarce capital, market access, intense competition and limited resources through the provision of a comprehensive development programme that includes the provision of infrastructure and space at subsidized rates, pre-incubation counselling, assistance with business plan development, ongoing Mentoring, facilitation of business linkages, consultative meetings, training and business seminars, identification of marketing opportunities as well as providing administrative Support services and access to IT and a Resource Centre.

The Centre offers a “One-Stop” shopping opportunity for a wide range of products and services. It allows for access to price-competitive products and services that can be bought at clean and secure premises. It offers the opportunity to support Namibian entrepreneurs and their development by buying their products and services.

The onsite resource centre provides access to administrative support tools/equipment for entrepreneurs to enable them to improve their business operations. Provides access to internet services, adequate education and information material that benefit entrepreneurs.
