The Unit is responsible for coordinating the overall strategy related matters such as strategic change management, organisational culture, organisational performance, strategic planning, reporting and business improvements of the Municipal Council of Windhoek in line with the strategic intent of the organisation.

 

Furthermore, the division renders proactive support to the management of the organisation through the provision of management information and makes recommendations for decision making that promotes strategy realisation, organisational efficiency and service delivery.
