Requirements for Service

1. Valid lease agreement signed with the Council. ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎
2. Valid fitness certificate issued by the Council.
3. Certified copy of identity document or valid work permit‎ ‎

1. All vacant stalls are advertised in local print media ‎‎
2. Applicants to request for application form once an advert has been placed ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎
3. Applications for vacant stalls will only be accepted and considered after advertisements has been placed in the local printed media ‎‎
4. Subsequent to the receipt of applications, interviews will be conducted with short-listed candidates for further screening ‎‎
5. Upon completion of the selection process, all applicants are informed about the outcome, whether successful or unsuccessful ‎‎
6. Signing of lease agreements ‎‎
