1. 1. Adhere to the procedures as stated in and list attached to the application form
2. 2. Company registration documents and identification documentation

List of Steps

1. 1. Download the license application form from our website or request for the form via email: OutdoorAdvertising@windhoekcc.org.na ‎‎
2. 2. Alternatively, collect hardcopies from the Customer Care Centre Counter No. 4 ‎
3. 3. Submit the completed application form and supporting documents via e-mail OutdoorAdvertising@windhoekcc.org.na or hand it in at Customer Care Centre Counter No. 4
4. 4. Once the application is received the City of Windhoek will issue you with a sundry invoice
5. 5. Pay the applicable application fee at any city of Windhoek cash hall or via EFT ‎
6. 6. Email proof of payment of application fee to OutdoorAdvertising@windhoekcc.org.na ‎
7. 7. If approved, a sundry invoice for an annual license approval fee will be issued and upon payment, thereof an annual license will be issued ‎
