The department is responsible for delivering serviced land and housing to the residents of Windhoek in all land use categories. In pursuance of its mandate, the department is committed towards the establishment and implementation of sustainable infrastructure funding models complimented by efficient and effective cost recovery and revenue protection mechanisms.
