This division provides efficient and reliable engineering support to the Bulk Water and Wastewater division in terms of water and wastewater research, planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater bulk and distribution infrastructure. The division is also responsible for the approval of building plans with regard to municipal water and wastewater connections, and approval of construction drawings for township developments concerning municipal water and wastewater services.
