This division is responsible for the maintenance of all building related assets of the City of Windhoek, to ensure a safe and neat working environment for all employees and customers of the City. The division’s staff carry out most of the maintenance, although, it can be outsourced at times due to time constraints and the magnitude of the work at hand.
